A Bird's Eye View

Established 1980 in Hong Kong, IFB started with the prime goal of arranging shipments of goods from the Far East and South East Asia to Europe.

Soon followed the opening of an office in Taiwan in 1982, quickly becoming one of the most trusted names in international freight forwarding in Taiwan. From 1983 onwards, our own organization extended to Europe with a first office in Germany.

From early 1989, IFB set up new offices in various cities of China to keep pace with an ever increasing demand in Mainland China. Over the years our dedication and commitment helped us to establish strong connections with the local transport industry and authorities in China and we gained the hands-on experience in a more and more demanding market, and valuable forwarder and transport operator experience.

The 1990s saw our spread towards South East Asia, in Singapore and Malaysia. Today our far-reaching experience has given us recognition as one of the leading Far East-Europe specialists.
